J. Nicolas Maisonnier has a graduate degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris (1971). He was an energy expert first in an oil company, then at EDF. After having experienced management, he became a human resources adviser. He is now in charge of the quality of recruitment (about 2000 recruits by year) among the power plants and the engineering centres of EDF. He leads the five divisions experts, he improves the procedures and he trains managers. He also backs up EDF’s evolution by developing career coaching and mobility.
