1971 1 year	Work experiences in COMEX world leader company in submarine services, and in the oceanographic laboratory of Perpignan (South of France).
1972-1977 5 years	FOREX NEPTUNE - Montrouge The drilling company ( 2000 employees) of Schlumberger group Project Engineer for building offshore rigs.
1977-1978 1 year	ECOPROCESS - Paris Starting company (3 employees) for energy saving services  Founder member of the company and technical director.
1978-1990 12 years	EDF R&D division – Chatou Electricity uses development department (300 employees) Research engineer for electrifying various industrial process.  Manager of a multi-disciplinary team in charge of conceive laboratories equipment and industrial pilot facilities.
1991 6 months	Humanitarian organism – Montesson Organisation of an international meeting (1200 participants during 2 weeks)
1992-1999 7 years	EDF R&D division – Clamart Human Resources Department Career coach and management adviser
1999-2001 2 years	EDF Pôle Industrie – Headquarters - St Denis Personnel Department (10 senior advisers) Project manager and counsellor for recruitment and personnel mobility

J. Nicolas Maisonnier has a graduate degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris (1971). He was an energy expert first in an oil company, then at EDF. After having experienced management, he became a human resources adviser. He is now in charge of the quality of recruitment (about 2000 recruits by year) among the power plants and the engineering centres of EDF. He leads the five divisions experts, he improves the procedures and he trains managers. He also backs up EDF’s evolution by developing career coaching and mobility.
